Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple juice or water

Instructions:

  • Prepare your popsicle molds to make sure they are clean and ready for use.
  • Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and add tops. (I had enough to fill 6 molds and then extra for a delicious smoothie afterwards, so would assume it would be enough for at around 8 total popsicles.)
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours (or until frozen solid).
  • When ready to eat, run under warm water for about 30 seconds until popsicle releases from mold.
  • Enjoy a strawberry mango popsicle (or six)!
